1) The name of the society on
shall be “Ziro Valley Charity Mission
Society”.
2) Membership for the society
shall be open to all without any discrimination whosoever subscribes to the
Aims, object and programmes of the society, but subject to the approval of the
chairman and secretary.
The
following shall be the categories of members:
a)
FOUNDED MEMBER:
Founded members will continue
to be in the society during lifetime unless tender registration or found to be
guilty of malpractice or moral turpitude.
b)
LIFE WE MEMBER:
These persons who are otherwise
eligible by virtue of being a founder member of the society or pay a minimum
subscription of Rs. 5, 000/- (Rupees five thousand) only in eligible to become
the members of the society. However relaxation may be accorded by the governing
body of unavoidable circumstance. Membership shall be valid from 1st
April to 31st March of the following year. The same period will be
the fiscal year of the society. Membership shall automatically cease when any
member if found working against the aims and objective of the society and all
the members are kept their counterfoil of subscription that annual membership
for deposited with duly sign. and seal of Chairman.

2) Vice Chairman
3) Secretary
4) Treasurer
5) Auditor
6) Cultural Secretary
7) Games & Sports Secretary
8) Social Affairs
9) Health and family Welfare
10) Patron
11) Editor
12) Appointee, As Assistant.
